Usually getting pink eye isn't fun, but in this case, I think it might actually be quite pleasant. Designed to be free standing, this artwork is made to sit on your windowsill and bathe it in colourful, kooky light.
Made with a mixture of transparent, translucent and iridescent glass, this piece will look different depending on the angle you look at it, or the time of the day. Each piece of glass is individually cut, ground to shape, edged in copper foil and then soldered together. This piece of art is free standing, and the wooden stand pictured is included in the total price and will be sent along with your glass. Glass measures approx 15x15cm.
This product contains lead solder - do not ingest and wash hands after handling.
Details
This product is crafted using the 'Tiffany' method of stained glass making, where each piece of the design is individually cut by hand from sheets of beautiful art glass, edged in copper foil and then soldered into place. The process is time consuming and skilled, and gives an elegant and detailed result. Designs are original.
