Shipping policy

  • I am currently only able to offer shipping to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), the USA & Canada (Prices for the USA are calculated to include current tariffs, as these are charged to the seller at the point of shipping).
  • All orders are handmade and dispatched from the UK.

    • Processing time: 3–5 business days 

    • Custom or made-to-order items: May take longer; estimated timelines will be provided on the product page or during discussion prior to ordering.

  • All parcels are sent using tracked shipping services. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

    • Estimated delivery times:

      • UK: 2–5 business days

      • USA & Canada: 7-14 business days

       

    • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on local postal services.

    • UK Shipping is free over £50; otherwise it is £5. For the USA and Canada, shipping is £20 regardless of order value.

  • Important Notes

    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

    • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.
