I’m Sarah, the woman behind Black Rabbit Glass.  I’m originally from the North West but now living in Leicestershire with my husband, 2 daughters and my bestie, Parsley the cat. I originally trained in biological sciences before working in commercial horticulture, but I started to learn how to make stained glass shortly after my youngest daughter was born. I’d always been drawn to glass as a material and I swiftly became addicted. Art glass comes in so many different colours, textures, and finishes and the magpie in me means I have to collect and use them all! If you can think of it, you can probably make it out of stained glass and I love the level of detail that’s possible with the Tiffany stained glass process. I love to make art inspired by nature, folklore, pets and whatever I am fangirling over at the time.
