Cosmos are some of my favourite flowers, and when I first got my hands on this gorgeous streaky glass I knew I had to make something special that made the glass the star of the show. So cosmos it was! Also featuring amber and aventurine green (glittery!) glass.
Honestly the most classy thing I’ve ever made👌🏻
Each piece of glass is individually cut, ground to shape, edged in copper foil and then soldered together. This suncatcher is hung on a sturdy chain. This is an original design. Measures approx 18.5x22cm. The design is original.
This product contains lead solder - do not ingest and wash hands after handling.
Details
This product is crafted using the 'Tiffany' method of stained glass making, where each piece of the design is individually cut by hand from sheets of beautiful art glass, edged in copper foil and then soldered into place. The process is time consuming and skilled, and gives an elegant and detailed result. Designs are original.
