Summer, picnics, pick your own farms, Wimbledon... can you think of anything negative about strawberries? This strawberry is made with transparent red and green glass that really pop against the black solder lines. A happy, fun lil' guy whose mission is to bring colour and brightness to your life.
Each piece of glass is individually cut, ground to shape, edged in copper foil and then soldered together. Extra detail is hand painted with glass paint. This is an original design. Measures approx 9x10cm and is hung on a dark grey ribbon.
This product contains lead solder - do not ingest and wash hands after handling.
Details
This product is crafted using the 'Tiffany' method of stained glass making, where each piece of the design is individually cut by hand from sheets of beautiful art glass, edged in copper foil and then soldered into place. The process is time consuming and skilled, and gives an elegant and detailed result. Designs are original.
