This stained glass incense stick holder has been designed in transparent moss green waterglass and opaque lilac glass. Set above the lilac glass are real dried and pressed forget-me-not flowers.
Each piece of glass is individually cut, ground to shape, edged in copper foil and then soldered together. This is an original design. The brass tube soldered to the base perfectly holds an incense stick of your chosen fragrance, and any ash that falls is effectively caught. Dried flowers are treated with a UV light protectant spray before use to combat colour fading, though this will still occur over a long period of time. Measures approx 24x8cm.
This product contains lead solder - do not ingest and wash hands after handling. After use, wipe clean with a soft cloth and avoid using abrasive cleaners. As this product contains dried flowers, it should never be submerged in water to avoid any moisture getting into the chamber holding them, and causing them damage.
Details
This product is crafted using the 'Tiffany' method of stained glass making, where each piece of the design is individually cut by hand from sheets of beautiful art glass, edged in copper foil and then soldered into place. The process is time consuming and skilled, and gives an elegant and detailed result. Designs are original.
