This 5 pointed star is made with a collection of some of my favourite glass, including iridescent pink, iridescent pale blue, iridescent white and a white mottle. All this shiny rainbow goodness is set off perfectly by the shiny silver solder.
Each piece of glass is individually cut, ground to shape, edged in copper foil and then soldered together. This is an original design. Measures approx 18x14cm and is hung on a pink ribbon.
This product contains lead solder - do not ingest and wash hands after handling.
Details
This product is crafted using the 'Tiffany' method of stained glass making, where each piece of the design is individually cut by hand from sheets of beautiful art glass, edged in copper foil and then soldered into place. The process is time consuming and skilled, and gives an elegant and detailed result. Designs are original.
